Next, make it tangible (and measurable)
- Set improvement targets
Aim for percentages in the following areas
Bonus: Set targets for good, better, and best- Revenue Growth
(% up from last year; ARR / MRR) - Customer Growth
(% up from last year for each product / program) - Audience Growth
(% up from last year for each channel) - Customer Results
(What metrics will you measure and improve for customer success?) - Customer Experience
(How will you measure? And, what's above and beyond?)

Next, don't forget about life goals
- What goals do you have for you?
Examples: Take off Fridays, Delegate X, Outsource things I hate
Last but not least, the most important question might be why
- Why are we doing this?
- What impact will we make?
